PROFESSIONAL PATH

Tele-Resources Staffing Services

Founder and President / 1985-2018

Determined to override the competition on a local and national level, in different sectors of Recruitment and Placement, she focuses on the quality of its services and anticipates trends by displaying her efforts on two fronts: establishing herself in an already competitive market and maintaining a strong and active presence within different Associations and Professional Organizations.

In three years, she is recognized as the prime leader in the staffing industry.

Her entrepreneurial talent will allow her to open doors of employment to more than 130 000 people among whom 35 % are women and 50 % are migrants, for more than 250 clients who will remain loyal to her and Tele-Ressources.

Like a boss

In 1992, she perfects her knowledge of the Outsourcing (HR) process still an uncommon practice in Canada at the time. She assists different conferences in the United States and Europe, meets jurists and companies that have shown their ability in the outsourcing world in their respective markets. In 1994, she proposes this service to her clientele.

In September 1995 she is rewarded with the first Outsourcing contract given to a recruitment and staffing firm, with one of the largest telecommunication multinationals in Canada. This contract will run for nine years. Many more contracts will be awarded, for financial institutions, pharmaceutical, and transport companies, locally as well as nationally.

In June 1996, Tele-Ressources becomes the first Montreal-based firm of its kind to qualify for the coveted accreditation of the International Standard of Quality, ISO 9002.

In 1997, she broadens her structure in order to respond to the different demands of the market, creating her Holding as Tele-Ressources Group Ltd. In order to separate the Recruitment and Placement Staffing business, under Tele-Ressources Staffing Services Ltd: specializing in office clerical, finance and accounting, engineering, information technology, retail, call centers, human resources, and the Outsourcing Services division under Société de Gestion Tele-Ressources Ltd specializing in the complete HR process from the resume screening to the hiring and integration of employees within the companies.

Throughout twenty-five years, she presided over the National Association of Recruitment and Placement of personnel Canada (ACSESS), acting as the Quebec Chapter Spokesperson for its Governmental Relations as well as owning a seat on the Canadian Board of Directors.

In 2015, she decides to sell Télé-Ressources in order to focus three years later on new services.
